This section explains what information EasyKara collects when you use the web app, desktop app, or website, and how it's used. EasyKara is designed to process your media and lyrics locally in your browser or desktop app — audio, video, and project files are never uploaded to our servers.
Account information
If you sign in or pair a desktop device, we store your email address and a technical account identifier to manage your session and license.
Payment information
Pro purchases are processed by our payment provider (SePay). We receive confirmation of your payment and plan, not your full card or bank details.
Media and project files
Audio, video, lyrics, and exported videos are processed locally on your device. They are not uploaded to or stored on EasyKara's servers.
Feedback and support
If you send us feedback or contact support, we store the message and your account email so we can respond.
Analytics
Our marketing website uses Google Analytics to understand traffic. The editor app itself does not include third-party analytics trackers.
Data sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We only share information with service providers (e.g. our payment processor) as needed to operate EasyKara.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your account data at any time by contacting us.

The service
EasyKara is a karaoke video maker and lyric synchronization editor, offered as a free web/desktop app with an optional paid Pro plan.
Your content
You retain full ownership of the lyrics, media, and videos you create with EasyKara. We claim no rights over your content.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use EasyKara to infringe on others' copyrights, distribute malware, or otherwise misuse the service.
Copyright responsibility
You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the necessary rights or licenses for any music, lyrics, or media you sync, render, or export with EasyKara. EasyKara is a tool for creating karaoke videos and does not host, distribute, or verify the copyright status of your content. If a copyright holder or any third party raises a claim, complaint, or legal action related to a video, file, or content you created using EasyKara, you agree that dispute is solely between you and that party. EasyKara bears no responsibility or liability, and you agree to indemnify and hold EasyKara harmless from any resulting claims, damages, or costs.
Pro plan & purchases
Pro features are unlocked after a successful purchase. Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact support.
No warranty
EasyKara is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the app.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of EasyKara after a change means you accept the updated terms.
